Alright so does my chest look disproportionate to the rest of my body? I got told I was shaped like a pancake once(implying wide shoulders and no chest or back) and ever since I've had a complex. Yes I've been hazing the crap out of it before I get told do inclines or declines etc. In the past month alone I put on 2 & 1/2" and jumped 40 lbs on my flat bench so its working I just feel small chested.
Heres my routine for chest.
Bench Press 6 sets pyramiding up(Alternating Flat and Incline each week)
Dumbell Incline Press 4 sets
Dumbell Bench Press 4 sets(Alternating from doing flat and decline presses each week)
Pullovers 4 sets
Flyes 4 sets(Alternating cable,dumbell and machine flyes weekly)
Hammer Strength Presses 4 sets
