    My Chest look disproportionate to you?

    Alright so does my chest look disproportionate to the rest of my body? I got told I was shaped like a pancake once(implying wide shoulders and no chest or back) and ever since I've had a complex. Yes I've been hazing the crap out of it before I get told do inclines or declines etc. In the past month alone I put on 2 & 1/2" and jumped 40 lbs on my flat bench so its working I just feel small chested.

    Heres my routine for chest.
    Bench Press 6 sets pyramiding up(Alternating Flat and Incline each week)
    Dumbell Incline Press 4 sets
    Dumbell Bench Press 4 sets(Alternating from doing flat and decline presses each week)
    Pullovers 4 sets
    Flyes 4 sets(Alternating cable,dumbell and machine flyes weekly)
    Hammer Strength Presses 4 sets

    You do 26 sets for chest...? Just a question... But how many sets do you do for your quads?

    22 sets for legs I add the last 4 sets of chest because it feels so small. I was doing 26 for legs but it was over training I dropped an exercise and my growth and strength started sky rocketing and I can even walk the days following a leg workout now.

    Compare the overall size of your legs to the overall size of your chest. If 26 sets for legs was overtraining, how can you possibly be seeing results from 26 sets of chest? My chest explodes off 10-12 sets.

    Well I was having trouble completing the same amount of weight for legs the following week of training. When I dropped the 4 sets things started looking up. Also the last 4 sets of chest is normally just to fry it not like I can still do alot of weight by the last 4 sets. Also I'm not really happy with my legs growing I am gonna have to buy an entire new wardrobe if they grow much more. All my pants are getting tight.

    Personally I think if you are still improving in strength and endurance each week down to the last sets then you probably aren't overtraining.

    Chest is good, but I think you will look a lot more complete if you bring up your traps and delts. If anything, they are what's lagging there.

    Hmm yeah I need to learn to flex my traps for one and 2 I don't work traps other than upright barbell rows on shoulder day. Perhaps I'll incorporate some shrugs.
