Sure thing.
You need to multiply the grams of protein and fat by 4, since a gram of each is 4 calories...therefore:
196g*4 = 784cals from protein
342g*4 = 1368cals from carbs
Fat gets multiplied by 9, since there are 9 calories in a gram of fat:
62.36g*9 = 561.24cals from fat
Then, you divide each by your total calories (2715) to get each percentage...I rounded to whole numbers:
784/2715 = 28.87%
1368/2715 = 50.38%
561.24/2715 = 20.67%

those look like pretty solid macro's; thats basically what i try to shoot for, 20% fats, 1g protein per lb and an assload of carbs.

Same here... not sooo many carbs though since im cutting. I always feel like most people do REALLY well with 40/40/20 or something close too it.

How much sugar is considered too much? I have my macros and calories all figured out, but Ive noticed I do have some higher sugar intake some days. Is it ok to eat sugar still as long as if u stay in your calorie/macro limit? Or is it still unhealthy? Sugar coming from Fruits mostly, but some from chocolate almonds (yes I have fit these in my macros, there just so damn good)

As little sugar in your diet as possible is always better. However, if you are not cutting I would say dont worry about it. Fruit is great to add into your diet even though it has natural sugars. They only time I cut fruit out is during pre contest. And the choclate almonds... same thing. If you NEED the chocolate then go for it. If not, just cut it out.

I don't worry about natural sugar whatsoever. Just limit your refined sugars. If you want to incorporate mor sugar but are worried about it it is best to have them around WOs.
