Anyone from Leesburg, Florida?

Does anyone live in or near Leesburg, Florida?
Every year I stay on Picciola Rd (if that helps give a more specific location) for a month. Two years ago I worked out at X-Treme Fitness. It was an awesome gym, the best I've ever been to, but when I went back last year it was closed down and turned into a wicker store. I looked it up on Google Maps, and it said "Mike Arthur who owned this gym, just closed it in one day, taking everyone's monies and owning thousands...‎". Anyone know of any new gyms there?
Last year I had to workout at a hospital gym, which was horrible. It got the job done, but I'd much rather have a real gym. I know one of the Trainers named Dorie Harris (I think that's his name) was planning on opening up a new gym, but it wasn't open when I was there last year.
Can anyone provide any knowledge about other gyms? Thanks!

My cousin manages a Gold's Gym in either Clermont or one of those other cities close by. I know its not Leesburg but somewhat close.

ya there's a Golds Gym in Clermont. From Leesburg take Hwy 27 south till you get to SR 50 and go east. Golds will be be on your "Left" immediately after the second stop light.
