How many calories are in an extra large egg white?

I've looked through fitday, calorie counter, and calorie king, yet I cannot find the caloric value of an extra large egg white...does anyone happen to know?

Measure out one cup of egg whites and use that for reference.

I'm pretty sure of that calculation, I read it in the book "fat or fiction" by Donna Aston.

I thought I heard somewhere that all the protein was in the white. My large eggs are 7g/egg. So that would be ~28cals per egg white.

Actually I think there might be more protein in the yolk or at least close to around a 50-50 ratio.
