I've looked through fitday, calorie counter, and calorie king, yet I cannot find the caloric value of an extra large egg white...does anyone happen to know?

Measure out one cup of egg whites and use that for reference.

One large egg white has approx 17-20 calories.

I'm pretty sure of that calculation, I read it in the book "fat or fiction" by Donna Aston.

I thought I heard somewhere that all the protein was in the white. My large eggs are 7g/egg. So that would be ~28cals per egg white.
