    I saw good results with 40/40/20 and on keto, but keto was a lot easier to stick with for me

    I think I'm meso. I ate very little carbs had no energy and then ended up eating a bunch of crap at night. I've tried 40-30-30 for a couple days and I have more energy now but I wonder if I will continue to lose fat.

    i would always recommend 40/40/20 to someone just starting out because it's the least extreme and it doesn't require a rewiring of your body's energy system

    when you have gone as far as you can with 40/40/20 then try keto or carb cycling
