sticking to my exercise and diet the week before my visitor comes...help!!!
ok i have been very motivated about sticking with my workout but the week before my... monthly visitor ...the cravings for food is unbelieveable..i don't mean junk food either i am just hungry... like wanting to eat every 2 hours....i know that i am not alone on this how do some of you keep your diet in check while not feeling like your being tortured??? because i feel like crap when i give in and eat more often that i should...is there mabey a certien supplement that i could take to help me not crave...or should i utilize an appetite suppressor one week a month???
