Only sergery, the only other product known to make gyno smaller is letro, but this will probably only work on gyno from cycles and not for puberal.

When I was around 14 years old, my nipples got puffy. My Mother was concerned so she took me to the Dr. He said that it was nothing to worry about and that it does happen at times to boys at puberty but that it clears up on its own. That was before I was even lifting weights and he was right it did clear up on it's own. So I wouldn't worry about it, if I were you. Just train hard. If you combine your natural hormone levels, at your age, with heavy training your body will transform and you won't be able to detect any puffiness at all in a few months.
Jesus saved my soul...I'm still working on my body.

Have you consulted a Physician about this? They can check your hormone levels and prescribe something that you might not be able to get otherwise.
