Yep. Two scoops ON Mint Chocolate + 2 Cups of Skim Milk + 1 scoop of the powdered Lemon Lime gatorade = my new PWO shake.
I expected it to be satan in a shaker cup and you know what? It was delicious.
Highly recommended.
