Hey...I'm headed to Buenos Aires for two weeks during the New Year's holiday, and I've been asking the same question. I've heard that Palermo Soho, Palermo Hollywood, Barrio Norte and Recoleta are the best neighborhoods for nightlife and culture. I've decided to rent an apartment -- the first week I'm staying in Recoleta, and the second week I'm staying in Palermo Hollywood.
