Back in the game with M-drol

Preface: I decided to start a log on here since I have been logging my cycle already anyways in a notebook. I got in a car wreck on august 17th of this year and lost 12lb. I had kept all my gains from my last m-drol cycle after my pct so when I lost all my gains due to my car wreck it sucked. I totaled out my car then hurt my right shoulder that I had surgery on 2 years ago. Luckily after a month my shoulder healed.

Supplement history: This is my second cycle of mdrol and I ran methyl e for two weeks before my blood pressure went up to 175/90 and had to quit the cycle early.

Support Supplements: Hawthorne berry(blood pressure), Saw Palmetto(prostate), Milk thistle(liver).

Stats: Day 1 of my cycle; Sept. 29 2008
height: 5'7
weight: 138lb

Diet: I am bulking so I have upped my protein/carb intake a lot. My diet consists of 6 meals a day(chicken,pasta,potatoes,vegetables,pizza,eggs,e xt..). Also I drink a gallon of water a day.

Routine: I have a 5 day split with the weekends off.

Pct: Nolvadex(40mg for the first 3 days, then 20mg for the rest of that week then 20mg for 3 weeks).

Thoughts: Good workout but I need to build up the back of my shoulder its lagging compared to the rest of my shoulder. I wasn't happy doing just 15lb DB for rev flys.

Effects/Sides: I felt lethargic today when I got 8 hours of sleep but in the gym my endurance was up. Also I have some pimples on the back of my shoulders along with one on my eyebrow. On the positive side my endurance was up along with me being vascular. Also the fact I have put on a 1lb every day is good but im sure its just water weight.

That picture was after my last cycle when I completed my post cycle. I had kept all my gains from my last mdrol cycle. I figured since I had pictures up when I had got to 150lb that I would wait until I hit over 150lb to post new pictures. I am still about 7lb away from where I was before so I need to keep eating more, train harder and keep taking my mdrol. I am confident that I will get over 150lb after my post cycle because I know how much I have to eat and what types of food to gain weight.

He looks like a monster! Its no wonder why you have made the progress you have made he knows what to eat and how to train. My diet consists of eating a lot. I get my protein intake in by mainly chicken since its lean and you get a lot of protein out a chicken breasts. I have stayed away from beef due to its high fat content and it does not have as much protein as chicken. I will post what I eat today and you can ask victor what I need to adjust. I didn't get to eat as much as I wanted yesterday due to me having to change my breaks/study it was a hectic day.

Routine: Day off
Weight: ? I didn't goto the gym so I couldn't weight myself but I will tomm.
Effects/Sides: I can't stop eating which is a good thing, my nipples seem sensitive but nolva is on hand. No new acne breakouts which is good. Libido is up.

Diet: I thought I would post what I have had so far today. I woke up and had a chicken breasts and red potatoes for breakfast. 2 hours later, I had 2 fried eggs on a wheat bagel. I had a cheat meal(double cheeseburger meal with an extra double cheese burger). Another chicken breast and seasoned fries are in the oven. I plan on having a grilled cheese for desert after I finish the chicken breast im eating now. I plan on cooking 2lb of chicken for fajitas tonight. I need to buy more vegetables to have a balanced diet. I don't plan on going to bed until 1-2am due to studying for midterms so I will be eating through out the night and right before bed.

Thoughts: Awesome workout, I went up in strength in both my biceps and triceps from last week. I wish I could have got more then one rep out of 105lb but there is always next week. Also my weight has gone up 6lb! I have been eating like a horse and drinking plenty of fluids.

Side effects/ Good effects: Dry mouth and I had a bad headache at 5pm today which stayed with me. I didn't get a chance to check my blood pressure but I remember during my methyl e cycle that I would get bad headaches when my b/p was up. I drank a lot of powerade and by the end of my workout it was gone. No new acne breakouts. Libido is still up, no signs of shutdown yet so thats also a plus. Vascularity was really good during my arm workout today, I love seeing all the veins pop out.

Oct 7; Day 8
Today they had free blood pressure and free body fat tests today so I decided to go. They measure the body fat by using a method called "bioelectrical impedance" which is where an electic current was sent through my body. The current moves through muscle and water, but fat blocks the current. Therefore, the flow of the current is directly related to your body fat percentage.

Blood pressure: 124/76-The systolic is a little on the high side but the diastolic is on the normal range.

Body fat: 5.9% -The lady told me that fat is good that I should eat some double cheeseburgers that my body fat is between the athletic/low side which is a health risk. I told her I lift 5 times a week so its not surprising my body fat is low.


I will post my routine/weight after I workout tonight.

Thoughts: I started off strong today, I felt unstopable. I didn't put plus 25 on my flat because I didn't do flat until last the week before so that makes a difference. If I would have done flat bench to start off with first both times then I would have put +25lb. Anyways I did go up on my incline DB but I ended up tweaking my right shoulder. As a result my decline DB suffered and my right shoulder bothered me the rest of the workout but I just pushed through. Also my weight is the same as yesterday but hopefully I will get back up to the 150lb mark soon then pass it by the end of the cycle. I will post pictures the day I hit 151lb to compare.

Positive Effects: Strength is up along with libido with no signs of shutdown
Side Effects: Just dry mouth

Thoughts: I had a great workout, my stength+ endurance was way up from last week. I just felt unstopable in the gym today and just kept going heavier each set.

Gains: So far I am up 7lb which is great, I have been eating non stop. I should reach 150lb soon and hopefully by the end of my cycle I will reach 160lb. I will have progress pictures taken when I get over 150lb, I should shoot for the 160lb goal then take pictures.

No but I forgot to mention my sleeping cycle is terible. I don't have any trouble getting to sleep but I wake up several times in the middle of the night. This happened to me my last cycle so I know its the mdrol

I have read on the forums there was a few bad batches of mdrol but that was a select few. I posted my batch number with exp. date on it to compare to other peoples batches. A lot of factors go into a cycle more so then just the steroid itself. First diet has to be on point in order to gain weight along with water intake then having a solid routine. I know my very first cycle of methyl e, I didn't know jack sh*t about what to eat right. I didn't gain but 2lb in two weeks before I had to quit my cycle.
