In my recent reading I found that most salad dressings have some or alot of trans-fats, particularly the ones made with soybean oil. Now, the rest of my diet is in order, and I like my salads and brocolli with regular Ranch. I'm not really too worried about it, but would like to get them outta my keto diet. Either way, I had alot of trouble figuring out what else to use, as it seems all commercial dressing have canola or soy oil. Anyway, I just wanted to see what you guys are putting on your salad/other veggies. Thanks guys.

There is a dressing at the grocery store here in the produce section, I don't recall the name of it, but it literally has NO calories in it. It has 0 carbs, 0 protein and 0 fat. All it really contains is sodium. The taste isn't too bad either. It was fairly expensive, however. Like 3 bucks for a little bottle.
