Red face Trying to lose 15lbs by my birthday in Dec

I competed in June, I was not in the shape I really wanted to be, but I was much more lean and about 10lbs lighter. I have a goal to now to actually get back into the shape I was for my first show (108lbs and 10%) I am currently running about 10 miles a week, total body workouts at least 4 days a week with moderate weight and resistance.

Please, if you have any insight into what I can do to better create consistency and really get the weight off. I know that diet is the BIG thing, but I want to be sure that I don't do this wrong (yet again) and overdo eerything.

Thanks in advance!

ironic, mine's the 23rd
I warmup with a 5k run walk in under 30 min -- on occasion i alternate among a jog, walking lunges, and lateral lunges
i generally do my workouts at such a pace that is comparable to crossfit--love that stuff!
other than that i generally end with the ARC trainer or something like that

hmmm i would really do the HIIT cardio. get your heart rate up to watever your cardio heart rate is. For istance, my age, and wieght, rates me to be at 160. Hold your max heart rate for 3 minutes, then drop it down to about 60% max heart rate. Hold that for 3 minutes, then repeat the process...

I just explained it in my situation lol
