Good/Bad value? Based on my personal experience, I would say it was a good value. 45 servings at $30, you cant beat the deal. Also, its Iron free, which is a nice feature.

Important Tip: The pill size may be intimidating for some, practice with other larger supplement pills or cut the pill in half then consume. Don?t let the pill sit to long in your mouth with the liquid, as with any pill the taste can be displeasing. Also, disregard the discoloration of your urine which may take place.

Personal Experience after 30 days: I followed the directions just as the label directed. I was pleased to know that I was getting vital minerals and vitamins into my diet. Also, I believe the join support did help out some, but was not totally relieved specifically in the knee area. They are bad to begin with so any relief is a big bonus to me.

Personal Pros/Cons: Pros ? The vast amount of Vitamins and Minerals, beats taking 5 or more pills. Cons ?Personally there were none for me, but perhaps others may have trouble taking the pill in its full form.

Overall: 8/10

They are good size pills but they still go down smooth for me and I usualyl have a hard time with pills. I love my OT!

Thanks for the comment. Yeah actually they go down pretty easily after you get used to it.

no need for extra glucosamine, its already has a full dose right in the bottle

maybe so, but i deff notice the difference in my knees when i take the extra glucosamine and cod liver oil...

glad to hear it, for what you get its a great value. if you were going to buy all 3 complexes separately it would cost a lot more and be not nearly as convenient

Decided Im going to try and the Strength/Power/Endurence/Athlete: Extreme stack this winter. I'll add in GlycerGrow to the mix. Certainly believe I will be satisfied.

Thats a good looking stack broo... GM,WF,OT,PW and GG have worked well for me... time to re order some more and get after that blue up/blue gene in the mix too....

Haven't seen this here golden finish... might have to do some research.. is it new??

Not sure on how new it is, but I can tell you from the free sample I had its pretty tasty.
