I have trouble breathing out of my left nostil and I realized that it's slightly crooked making the passage way in my nose smaller then on my right.
This happen to anyone else?

It's called a deviated septum.I had surgery last November and the difference is incredible.The procedure is called a septoplasty.

Maybe just do most of your breathing from the right nostril??? Ever consider that?

I can usually only breathe out of one nostril clearly at a time....and the weird thing is that it switches which one every so often! It personally is kind of annoying.
So, dumb question maybe, but can you have the septum just, taken out? You know, and have basically one big nasal passage, so you don't have to worry about re-injury?BB.com's jiu-jitsu team

And you can take the septum out... but then you'd have no cartilage in your nose and would probably look fuked up.
And yeah OP the septum is cartilage, not bone. I had a septoplasty 1.5 years ago.

My brother had to ge a deviated septum fixed with surgery he got his nose broke with a baseball bat. Any way, it took about six weeks to heal but it wasn't really a problem they just told him not to mess around with his nose or anything if he had to blow it. They did it when it was still broken though, I guess they put these metal rods up each nostril and just kind of jerked it hard until it was straightened out, then gave him some pain pills and sent him home. He was anaesthetized for the procedure though.Tie your shoes = ready for anything

Good point. My friend's thoughts exactly (got his from a knee to the face in sparring).
Not sure how sound that advice is from a medical stand point (probably should get it fixed if you are having trouble sleeping for lack of oxygen or from the pounding on the head your girl gives you for snoring way too f'in loud), but it makes sense in a weird way.Poi Dog
