    REPS - True BMR's

Pro's out there - how many of you find that the online sources to find your BMR is correct.

It's all trial and error at the end - but do you trust one online source over another?

    Reps for experience feedback.

I found that the Mifflin-St Jeor formula (off of http://www.freedieting.com/tools/cal...alculator.htm#) was almost spot on with my BMR. I started with the recommended amount of calories for "Fat Loss," and begin leaning up fast. So I know what works for me.

No problem dude, I will rep back. =)

Normally, to "clean bulk," it's recommended to eat 500 calories over your maintenance. In my opinion, I would start by increasing your fats. 16% fat from your overall calories is pretty low. I would also push your carbohydrates higher as well.
