Anyone Else This Extreme?
So for the 3rd consecutive day my house has no food with any significant amount of protein. Except for both canned chicken and canned tuna. Of course being a body builder, we need our protein. Because I dread the taste of tuna and canned chicken, and I'm broke. The past three days I have put a can of chicken and a can of tuna in the blender along with some water and downed it. For the third consecutive day I feel like an idiot, it is possibly the most disgusting thing that I have ever drank. But 300 calories and 65gs of protein is pretty beast.
Note:Im a pothead and always coming up with weird ways to get protein. A former favorite:Peanut butter and tuna.

seems fine to me. for canned chicken, just fry it. i hate the taste of it to man. but when u fry it in a frying pan it tastes so good, tastes like store bought chicken breast. its like u trick urself hahah.
try it out sometime. u can add spices and stuff in also to give it flavour.

FYI: Did you no you can make a supplement in America without it being tested? All it has to pass are the ingredients have to be legal in the USA, but other then that, you can put **** in your supplement you make and cover it up by using the term "propriety blend". which could mean you could only just be taking a pill that is filled with rice flour, but says "closest thing to anabolic steroids!".
So in these terms... who wants to start up a million dollar profit supplement industry with me?

Eat pussy? Insane amounts of protein.
Look up some recipes dude.. Roast the chicken, fry it, put it in a burger, add ****loads of spices, you'd be surprised at how much of a dumbass you are.

Cut down on smoking pot and buy a pack of chicken breast 6-8pcs which is less that 10$ at vons or pavillons.
pour some soy sauce on that and it wont be so bad.
I was thinking on Peanutbutter chicken combo lol
