Anyone know a good home free weight routine?
IF anyone can tell me a good free weight routine to get bigger or stronger or even just toned, can you please post? thank you

what kind of weights do you have, how much weight do you have, etc..
post some more info about what you got..
50 lb dumbbells ? or 20 lb dumbbells, or what.

its 2 bars with different weight plates. the max i think it says is 40 something with all the weight son one bar
