Getting back on track after a HUGE cheat..

Last night I went hunting with my boyfriend and we shot two partridges.. so naturally we wanted to eat our catch.. However, he wanted to cook the meal and he cooked it anything but healthy..
The partridge was done in a stire fry with onions, soy sauce and mushroom soup mix.. it was good but fattening and salty as hell..
Also, we had mashed potatoes and creamed corn..
And pasta with alfredo sauce
... and beer to drink. Which was good but

I feel awfully slow and sluggish today and I know I need to get back on track immediately (especially because I'm not trying to even maintain, I'm trying to LOSE right now) but I was wondering just how much I could cut back today to make up for the damage done last night..

I know it would probably be bad to fast completely today but I do want to go to a bit of an extreme to make up for the damage..

So should I really cut back on carbs today so that my body will burn everything from last night? I still plan on working out.. should I add some extra cardio in or will this somehow not do me any good?

I'm just confused so I really appreciate any suggestions on this

dont fast, get back on track today and stick with your meal plan. Just incorporate a little bit of more cardio. Youre probably bloated to hell with the amount of sodium you just had. You'll be fine in a few days and back to normal. Good luck.

Yeah, I'm not loving the bloating.. but strong coffee instead of tea with my apple and oatmeal is (helping to) fix that.
I'll do some extra cardio to burn excess carbs from last night..

Do you think it would be okay to cut back a little on carbs/calories today or would that be a bad idea?

naw just stay on your normal macros. last thing you want to touch is your diet.

Yeah the bloating feeling sucks butt. I cant stand it. Makes it really hard for cardio. Just do some extra sets and a little more cardio and it will be gone in a day or so. Keep up the good work.
