Hey, I am trying to eat around 4 chicken breast's per day. The local store usually only has 2lb packages which is 3 or 4. Is this just the way it is? Should I just plan on daily trips to the store.. or where can I go to stock up.
Can someone who buys/cooks/eats chicken breasts on a regular basis tell me the best deal they have found. I want to have some stuff stocked up in the fridge / freezer to make when i'm ready to eat. The small packages last 1 day and once it's gone its easy to try and substitute something else, but I don't want to eat anything else because it's not part of my program.
I have Bloom, Giant, Shoppers Food Warehouse, and Cosco to choose from. If you have a store like these nearby you buy from, let me know what is the best atm.
Also... the bulk frozen boneless chicken breast, are they just as good as the fresh cut ones that are unfrozen?
Thanks.
