got some
went to Publix and picked some up to try them. Boiled them up with some spices, cheese and put them in a pita and tasted great! HOw about chicken livers? they looked a little more fatter

Chicken and turkey gizzards are great. Simmer them in liquid and they will be nice and tender.

Are gizzards safe to eat (part of digestive track)? I've heard liver can be pretty bad.

Ive never had them any way other than fried. But they are delicious like that. Ill try them boiled soon though.

my parents like to make a stew out of them and throw in all these spices, diced carrots, onions and it comes out pretty nice.
