If you are into DL'ing music, try searching for BBC RADIO ONE ESSENTIAL MIXES
They are 90-minute fast beat mixes by various DJs. Usually based upon one song...THEY ARE AWESOME! Even with no energy, I can put one on, and gain HIGH ENERGY for up to 13-mile runs, or hit Leg Day HEAVVVVY.
The BEST ONE is the BODYROX ESSENTIAL MIX, featuring LUCIANA
(but Im just biased, shes my favorite )

I can only work out while listening to rap (the really filthy kind), because it gets me stoked and helps me lift better! I also listen to a lot of 'dancehall' reggae because it's hard!

For cardio I normally use Hard Rock. Like Disturbed or Linkin Park. I've tried R&B and Pop but I've danced for too long to not try to dance to those.

As a dude that has a "don't-facking-talk-to-me-look" when I lift, metal, rock and hardcore rap/hip-hop are great for keeping me in the zone.
When cardio times comes, however, as the latin stud and party beast that I am, some good reggaeton and/or techno/house/dance manage to get me through 25minutes of otherwise complete and miserable boredom."Bad habits are like a comfortable bed, easy to get into, but hard to get out of." - Anonimus -

Recovery is key. Massages, epsom salts baths, foam rolling, sleep masks, contrast showers, it all adds up. Get a foam roller, The Stick, a tennis/baseball, use them and stay healthy, pain and injury free.

I am such a nerd...
When I'm walking, I put on 'world theme' game music from various role-playing games, and pretend I'm walking on the world map. Silly, I know, but I get a kick out of it. And when I pump up intensity, I'll use the battle music, usually... but I have a lot of other stuff mixed in, some mix, some movie soundtracks, and Daft Punk. DP really gets my butt in gear.

I have to have my METALLICA on at all times. The new Death Magnetic keeps me going. Sometimes I will listen to a mix of heavy metal, because I also love Zombie, but usually I try to stick to Metallica.
Do it hard, or turn around and go home
I to will one day have the body of my dreams, and until then, I will work a little harder each training day.
