I usually just stretch out and then do like 10-15 or so reps of squats with just the bar to get the blood flowing and muscles warm.
But I heard you give your favorite producer

1000 meters on the row machine, warms up legs and back. Then I'll do a light set of 50 easy reps with squat to really get some blood in there. Stretching as well before I start my working sets

Some dynamic stretching for about 15 minutes of the glutes, hips, hams, calves and quads. I do a thorough warmup on leg extensions before moving into any heavy weights.

    Ride Bike for 5 min
stretch... Hams, quads, glutes, calves thouroghly (spelling?, I tried)
3 sets Leg extensions 15-25 reps
3 sets leg curls 15-25 reps

I always feel that I have to have a really good warmup before I go into squats.

I do full body workouts, with squats (if it is on that day) being my last real exercise. All I'll do is do lighter sets of squats before hand. Depending on how I pyramid I might have 2 warm up sets, before jumping to a 3RM, or I might have 4-5 "warm ups" (pyramiding up) to jump to a 4RM.

    Air squats - 4 sets of 12.

Then move to the bar for 2 sets of 5 reps each.

Then ramp up the weight to the working sets.

I do sets of 5 and I like to work my way up. I dont need an injury for 5 minutes of blowing off warming up.

2 12 rep sets on leg extension machine, to warm up knees and get blood moving a bit.

Then a 10 or 15 rep set of back squats with 135 before my real leg work.

damn you guys go nuts warmin up. i'll do some dynamic stretching for 10 mins or so, run 6.5 mph on a 1.0 incline on the tread for 10 mins, then head over to the squat rack, bust out a couple of low weight sets, and it's on from there.. on top of that, i do HIIT 3-4x a week, even if it's the day before or of a leg day... for some reason , i don't stay sore for long at all anymore, not even a full day.. prolly has a lot to do with the glutamine i'm taking.

2.5 minutes on the elliptical, i just hit quick start so its a pretty low setting.

Stretch my legs for about 2 more minutes, the key stretch i do here is a strange one though. I assume the squat position in a corner to avoid seeing all the weird looks and put my arms between my legs and use my elbows to push out my knees. I then wiggle around a bit for around 30 seconds, lifting up/side to side etc to get my waist fully ready.

I then do about 5 reps with just the bar then 10 reps with a light weight.

    Then its go time.

slow box squats. my warmup sets are 135, 185, 225. my 'real' leg work is my top sets of box squats, and the leg press marathon that follows them...

I take an awesome pill, punch the devil in the face and kick god in the balls!!! Rawr!!

No seriously though, I just do some prisoner squats and about 10 minutes of cardio warmup. If I'm squating heavy I do explosive jump squats.
