Hello everyone, thanks for taking the time to help me out!
Current i am 18 and have been working out for 10 months. Im getting closer to my 1 year so i want to look as good as possible for that.
I want to work hard for the next 2 months to get to the best possible body for the 1 year.
I was wondering what you would recommend in terms of diet, I want to lean up but also want to maintain or even grow muscle in the process. so im confused as to bulk or cut. or something else? idk haha
Ive attached my latest progress photo (this is after a pump) so please take that into consideration
I should also mention im tall AF (6'6) currently weight 89kg
