Hey all, i was just wondering how many days a week should i lift if im bulking and cutting. Here is my split so far.
Mon-chest
Tues-Shoulders-Cardio
Wen-Legs
Thurs-Cardio
Fri-Arms-Back
Sat-Cardio
Sun-off

i prefer a 3 day split while cutting becasue it is easier to fit in cardio and stuff and a 4-5 day split while bulking as there is no longer cardio.
