How to stop getting bloated??
How the hell do you stop yourself from getting megabloated after eating? Ive not got much BF but after ive eaten my stomach is like hard but round.

Yeah I get bloated so easily tho , like ill drink a litre bottle of something and BOOM stomach feels like its gonna burst.

i dno.. im bloated right now but i love it.. my stomache is big and hard.. makes my core all beefy looking to tell you the truth.. looks like i have a massive ripped core.

Ive been up all night before work and havnt eaten since 10pm , all ive done is drink a litre of energy drink. And already I feel bloated...
So im not eating too much ,and its been 8 hours since I last ate.

Do you think if I cut out all of my daily intake of caffeine and sugar (replace sugar with natural set honey was what I was planning on doing already) it would make me less susceptible to bloating?

Just don't eat big meals, as soon as you get the feeling of ''I am no longer hungry, but I could still eat more'' stop eating. You'll be hungry 3-4 hours later if you workout. I HATE being bloated and it's unhealthy.

just drink less water with your meals. e.g. instead of drinking 600ml with dinner, drink 300; than drink another 300ml in half hour

dairy makes you bloated, sodium makes you bloated, eggs make you bloated. go to the nutrition section and ask what foods will make you bloated. i think you will get more help there.

Eat smaller meals, more frequently (6 or 7 meals / day). You'll have less bulk at once, so you'll feel less bloated. Your metabolism can handle smaller meals easier.
