Protein intake equals 180gr or greater daily! Diet will be pretty stict 6 meals/day
Workout will be hard and heavy!!
Mon/Tues- Weights
Wed - Cardio
Thur/Fri - Weights
Sat - Cardio
Sun -Rest
Optimum Whey is must, you tell me what you want me to take.
Goal is : Get Bigger, Get Stronger, Get Leaner!!!!
35 yrs old, so test booster or GH booster may be needed. Have had great success in the past with Activate XT, Optimum Whey.
