First 5 Wks of 10 WK Pre-Contest Cut
5 Weeks down and 5 to go. Pretty drastic change in first 5, can't wait to see the end result.

Very big change! What was your weight before and after?
The more i read and look at pics on this board the more fascinated i become with bodybuilding as a sport. Before i hated the way a bodybuilder in competition looked. Now i understand all that goes into it and i am starting to like the look of competition bodybuilders (STRONG no homo).
But excellent job so far. How many more lbs do you want to lose before the comp?

Been eating around 270-300g of protein per day. Eggs, ground beef, chicken, and turkey. On weight training days I eat 125-150g carbs. All complex brown rice, oatmeal, yams. On non weight training days 80-100 carbs. Fat is around 70g every day. Weight training 4 times a week and low intensity cardio 6 times. Started at 30 minute sessions and am up to 45-60 minute sessions now.

I do feel hungry often throughout the day, but I spread it out over 6 meals so it usually doesn't get to bad until about an hour before my next meal. I eat all of my carbs in the first 3 meals and try to lift and do cardio early so I have some carbs in me. Energy levels are lower than normal, but lifts have still been pretty productive.

Yeah dude, why did you photoshop the pics? You made you legs bigger and put cuts in your bi's?

Thats better. Dude, i dunno what photo editing software you used in the first pic but c'mon.
Either way, you have no reason to chop, you look good.

I have never used photo editing software. All these pics are totally legit. There is nothing chopped or edited in this picture. Straight from my camera to here. I thought you were kiding the first time big jay? I am not going to edit pictures and then show them to people I don't know and hope that they think I look good. Just showing my progress during my pre-contest cut. Not trying to fool anyone.
