Just thought Id share a picture of myself and disprove the notion that "you cant have a good body without eating meat or consuming animal products."

thanks guys
Ive been working out for 8 years now. Have gone from 145lbs all the way up to 223lbs and now back down to 175-185(currently). My diet differs from day to day/week-week. Here is a sample:
Breakfast: 2c oats with a banana,2 handfulls blueberries, 2 handfulls of raisins with maybe a cup of almond milk.
snack: 2-4 lara bars(unprocessed raw bars)
Blender full of fruit, powdered peanutbutter(called PB2), and protein powder
lunch: butterleaf salad with half cucumber, tomatoes, grapes, flax seeds. no dressing
snack: Naked Protein drink
Preworkout: 28oz baked beans(whole can)
Postworkout: Vega protein(1 scoop w/almond milk)
Dinner: Varies. Brown rice, baked/steamed veggies(mix), salad just depends what Im in mood for.
Lately Ive been eating a bit worse and BF is up. BF is typically around the 3's, but Im not looking to get a cold this winter(which really sucks when bf% is too low for too long). Not sure what it is now. Some days I can consume less than a thousand cals while others ill get near 3-4K or so.~frEak

i do agree, studies under controlled conditions are all biased, you have PETA saying one thing and the sport meat activist saying another.
once i swallowed my pride and switched to more veggie protien i noticed a huge difference in the way i look.
its a good stuff, i will never fully stop eating meat but i would say a vegan lifestyle ive given thought too.
Good job, great progess. message me some recipes for repsWhat is this for???

Hi dank,
this is not a question of taste, its about ethics.
Possibly "earthlings" can give you answers...
