Yah, so, here it is.
My nutrition plan:

I plan to adhere to this strictly 6 days a week; Saturdays will be a REASONABLE cheat day. In the future I may knock up some alternative meals with comparable macros to swap in and out to prevent boredom and/or insanity.
Workout is Rippetoe's 3 times a week, MWF, per the Rippetoe Thread:

Workout A
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench Press
1x5 Deadlift
Workout B
3x5 Squat
3x5 Standing military press
3x5 Pendlay Rows
I am currently performing these with 80 lbs. Yes, I really
am that weak. Also, I do not yet have a proper squat rack, requiring that I deadlift, clean and press the weight before each set of squats. I know, I know. I'm getting a power cage.
Cardio is performed 6 times a week, SuMTWThF, with Saturday off. At present, I am running 6mph for 10 min, walking 3mph for 10 min, running@6 for 10, walking@3 for 10 for a total of 40 min of cardio. Once I can, I will be running the whole time.
