Three day split twice a week
I was considering doing a three day split as follows but twice a week
Monday: Chest, Triceps, shoulders
Tuesday: Back and bi's and traps
Wednesday: Quads, hamstrings and calves
Thursday: Same as monday
Friday: Same as Tuesday
Saturday: Same as Wednesday
Sunday : off day
Has anyone tried a split like this with any success? Any input would be helpful. Thanks

look at my split in my workout journal in my sig
its a 5 day split, just skip a rest day and do abs one day if u wanna do 6

If you do something along the lines of High intensity or DC training then it would DEF work!!!

Working The Same Groups That Close Together In The Week Might Back Fire On You. Unless Your Body Recovers Way Fast You'll Probably See Little To Negative Gains Due To Overtraining
Monday And Tuesdays Training Need To Be Moved Around I Think. When You Work Chest Your Triceps And Back Are Worked Secondarily For Most Exercises.
If It Was Me I Would(And Do) Work Delts And Traps On One Day, Bi's And Tri's On Another Day, And Chest And Back On Another.
