nothing wrong with working out at night.

The only things that come up that might make it hard, is some people find it hard to sleep after working out (elevated heart rate). Also sometimes harder to sleep while your body is digesting the food from your PWO meal.

However I find it pretty easy to fall asleep. I lift, eat my meal, then take a shower. Wait about 30-45 minutes, and knock out.

You should be fine working out at night. I would avoid any of the pre-workout stuff with stimulants so that you could sleep after. I read that Victor Martinez typically lifts at night so a lot of people tried it and liked it so it wouldn't be unprecedented.

I agree with this and to add to it, Its much harder to get your proper postworkout nutrition in if your do this.

Nothing wrong with working out at night as long as your sleeps not affected. I can't. I have to be done by 8 or I'm staring at the ceiling all night and then can't wakeup the next morning.
