    Oatmeal

    How good is oatmeal for bodybuilding? I have tried it and i absolutely love it when its made in a pan but in the microwave it sucks.

    Oatmeal is great. It's a healthy, filling, inexpensive food that tastes good too.

    My body fat dropped alot when i replaced some other foods with it.
