    Sex/Masturbation and BodyBuilding

    A buddy of mine who has been working out for a while told me that when he first started his personal trainer told him to stop masturbating and have less sex. My question is does sex or masturbation cause bad side affects towards overall muscle gain/development? Like having sex 2 times a week will it somehow affect me in a bad way? I read a lot on diff sites but seems like everyone has diff opinions on this, and then you have like 4 billion hardcore masturbators saying "No its good to masturbate at least 5 time a week" to make themselves feel better.
