What the average arm size for a women?

I'd say 10.5 is a normal arm size for a thin female. What the "average" size among women is, I have no clue. I doubt most women measure their arms.

Skinny Waw you're 14 No need to worry about these things at the moment. The most important thing is you are keeping yourself fit and healthy.
10.5 is a good size for a 14 year old I would say.
Heck I'm 32 and I'm only 12"

I agree, no need to worry. My arms are 9" relaxed, 10.5" flexed, but I'm short and small framed. I have no idea what is average, but I'm sure it depends a lot on frame size, age, height, muscle maturity, etc.
Moving up from skinny to fit---and I've gained 20 lbs in the process. Most importantly, I'm actually okay with that :).

Always bulking....
I agree arm size will vary on frame size.
I'm medium build and my flexed is 14.5 inches. But I disagree! Women do measure their arms and should....it helps when you're busting out those curls to concentrate on how large your biceps are getting!
A large degree, 2/3 of your arm is your triceps and at the age of 14 you're still growing and should not be too concerned about size.
