    Up All Day

Well, being in the military, I sometimes get screwed in to working long hours. Today, for instance, I had to show up at 7 AM only to be told to come back at 7 PM to work the night **** until 7 AM on Sunday morning!

I can't make myself go back to sleep now after getting my 8 hours in - I just won't be able to fall asleep. So, it looks like i'm going to be stuck being up for more than an entire day.

My daily calorie intake is about 3,500, but that isn't spread evenly over 24 hours. That's only eaten during the time that I am awake. Based on cals in vs. cals out, I should still eat the same amount but spread it out farther. I am not sure if I am going to be able to curb my appetite for that long, though! What would you do, and how would you distribute your calories throughout the day?
Just going through the motions is one of the most disadvantageous things you can do.
