Hi, sorry if this has been posted before but I am curious. Are people able to consume enough food after the surgery to build muscle? It seems like when they get done with the surgery they eat next to nothing. I'm not considering the surgery by the way.

I know three people who have had the surgery. All suffer from major loss of muscle. They consume roughly 800 calories a day and are not able to do any pro-longed strenuous exercise. The one who has had it the longest has loose skin all over her body including her face. She looks like a twig(no muscle) with skin hanging from it.
So no.
