No-xplode
I just started taking NO-XPLODE. It seems that so many people think that it is a great product and I would like to know more about other people's experiences with this supplement.

White Flood is 100 times better, so is Superpump250, Xpand, animal pump, shock thearpy, trac xtreme... i could go on for a while. No xplode is crap. It does not contain the creatine they say it does, and bsn is getting sued for this. All NO xplode really is caffeine in a can! Made my heart feel like it was going to xplode.

There is nothing wrong with NO Xplode. It is a good product. Supp's treat everyone different. I have used NO Shotgun, Superpump, and White Flood. NO Xplode is the best for me.

NO Xplode was the first pre-workout I ever tried and It worked very well for me, for a few days. After that, it didn't do a whole lot.
Pre-workout drink - Superpump250 is the best I've tried, thus far. 1 scoop works as good for me as others with 2 scoops.
Pre-workout pills - Animal Pump has been working very well for me since I started taking it. This is the first time I tried it and it really gives me good energy/intensity. I may ditch the pre-workout drinks and just go with Animal Pump, because the drinks just don't seem to sit well in my stomach.
There are many others out there and who knows which is the best, as people react differently, but these two are highly recommended in the forum here.

N.O.-XPLODE was alright, it was also my first pre-workout supplement. I've gotten light headed before using it, energy is great just didn't have those pumps I was looking for. I used 2 scoops & before I finished it I was using 3, kinda lost the effect on it. I just finished my first tub & have already bought SuperPump250 going to give that a shot on Monday.

a couple years...about a year and a half ago they changed up the formula...it has a bunch more caffeine instead of whatver got you amped up before...the caffeine just wears off really fast and you crash or you get used to it quickly

i'm immune to animal pump but no xplode still works, the way i see it, if you dont get a pump take more, if you have problems afterward you took too much. my last workout was overfocused, i was sweating, my heart was beating rapidly, i had no desire to rest between my sets. i had too much.

Well today I took some and it was fine. I had a great workout and felt fine afterwards. I will try this one out and then try Animal Pump to see which one feels better and pumps me up.

Yeah, you already have it, you might as well use it. It may actually work well for you.
I took it for quite some time, before I moved on to something else, due to lack of knowledge of a better pre-workout.
Speaking of which, most of the feed-back I've heard about NaNO Vapor has been negative (I don't care for it myself), but some people I talk to love it, so you just never know.

Ok, just wanted to let you know what was up with the NO Xplode contreversy. NO X was actually invented right here in Nebraska, and then they sold it to BSN...well, being that it was initially full of creatine and was a bit expensive to produce...BSN did actually take out the creatine, making it alot cheaper to make. A lot of distributors or stores selling the product actually knew this. But it was able to give you energy due to the stims in it. Now they don't have the CEM3 on the label...instead AVPT and yes now there is creatine in it. However alot of times when ppl bought the product, they would push Cellmass with it...which has ALWAYS contained creatine. So if you took the both of them, often you could see gains if you had a clean diet and consistant workouts. I used the old "formula"...and felt the energy...and saw results...then again I used Cellmass in conjuction. I am now using it, and this time it contains creatine. I'm not gonna lie...using both of them gave me great results...I went from a scrawny 170...to a MUCH stronger and buffer 185 using that stack. Animal Pump is awesome too btw...and MRI Black Powder gave me a longer energetic period...but not as intense. Vapor made me SWEAT...but I had great workouts with it as well. I know this is my first post...but I just joined this forum.

It worked good for me right away, after a couple weeks three scoops would'nt do it anymore for me anymore. I thought Sp 250 was better.

Well I think that I will try it. But I was really looking for something that would give me a boost which it does but without enough creatine then the gains that I am looking for wil not happen. If it is more caffeine and not enough creatine, then i could just drink three cups of coffee. I will check it out but it is also good to hear about other product. I have also heard a lot about Animal Pump. Unfortunately, it is not so easy to just want into a fitness shop here in Germany and find everything that is available in America. Thank God for the internet. HA HA.
