Try throwing in some punctuation in there next time....
The point of doing cardio after a workout is not because weight training gets fat cells ready to burn and then cardio burns the fat, it's because weight training is substantially more effective for fat loss (elevated metabolism for a prolonged period of time), so it would be counter productive to tire yourself out by doing cardio prior to your weight training.

So you train with weights and do cardio 5 times a week, plus intervals on your days off? I don't think you need to add any cardio to your program at all, I would just restructure your days a little.
oh, and there's nothing wrong with morning cardio, and it doesn't have to be fasted - it's your preference. What I would recommend trying is to swap out two SS Cardio sessions during the week with interval sessions (can be done at different times, just be sure to do weights first) and then do lower intensity SS Cardio sessions on your days off.
If from there you don't see results, I'd suggest the issue is diet....not that you have much fat to lose.....
