Any advice?
cut out the roti for a start, rice is much better for you, it isn't refined.
also use coconut oil, preferably virgin organic coconut oil which has been cold pressed, unbleached , etc. its expensive at £10 for 500ml here and it is solid at room temperature but it is the best cooking oil on the planet, and it is the best fat on the planet. MCT's - medium chain triglycerides are basically the healthies fat you can eat. people also eat this by the teaspoon if their fat intake is too low, or put it into their shakes.
fish oil is also another good oil but obviously not for cooking, in capsule form for omega goodness.
if your veggie you want stuff like cauliflour, broccoli, avocado's, chickpeas, daals and beans in your diet.
if you eat meat then just cut out all the carbs and eat meat and veg, no roti no rice.
carb cycling is the best thing for a cut (meaning you only eat more than 25g of carbs in a day, once every 10 days).
i find cutting really hard, therefore when i reach my goal weight, i am never ever going to "bulk" again, just going to try and put mass on with no increase in bodyfat. bulking is the worst thing you can do if your naturally big, it's taken me over a year to get rid of 15kg in weight. i still have another 5kg to go before i hit my target weight.
any of you pen chodes do cardio?
i havent touched a weight in over a year, running only. now that i am near my goal weight, i am going to start doing weights again in order to hit it, i have hit a plateau with cardio so i am hoping weights and cardio will help me burn this last 5kg's.

They're pretty cool folks. Genuine stuff, timely deliveries and cash-on-deliveries. I think it's one of the best online health stores in India. Feel free to order thru the site.

Yeah considering it because they have a lot of stuff. But then again GNC has discounts. Not sure about their online service though. Damn these supplements are expensive in India
