I don't date Indian chicks in the US. They're 1000000x more conservative than the girls I know back home in Bombay. There is NO WAY I would even consider being in a relationship with Indian chicks who've been born and brought-up in the states. They may look great but their attitudes are very prudish. Atleast this is my experience with them.

dunno bout here brah... i've got 2 ugly indian girls at my school... i usually meet them whenever i got for model un (im still in high school so)... a lot of hot indian girls there man and they get on top of me, pretty much, cuz they're not used to seeing punjabi bois who seem super american but are actually desi...
so the point i'm coming to is... join some ****ing activities like model un that you think indian girls will love to do...

This would work if I wanted to date Indian chicks. I have dated Indian girls from the states...Looked fine but damn those relationships sucked. I like Indian girls from Bombay much much more....Plus: I rather date other races....My parents don't give a crap whom I date...black, white, yellow, red, whatever...all they see is pink

HgH
Hi there ,
I am Aaron i am 19 years old from India and i am very lean and skinny (175 cm's tall and 125 lbs). Its been a month at the gym and i am following good exercises and good diet too.I realized that my body did not grow rather than it came in good shape but no muscle inside So, I was very depressed about that and certain question came in my mind about the "Hormones" hence i decided to test my HgH (Human Growth Hormone) and i saw the test report it was : 3.86 ng/mL.
I saw various websites they state that 5 ng/mL in Adult and 10 ng/mL is normal and my doctor says my level is normal. is it? or not?
If its not please tell me the ways to make it normal so that i can gain weight > both artificial and normal ways.
Thanks

That is way too low. I don't see how that is "normal". But you have to take into consideration that 5 ng/ml is an average. So if you're at a 4 or 6 that is still normal. You just happen to be at the lower end of the spectrum. Do back to the doctor and tell him you want to increase your hgh level. But while you're at it, test your testosterone level. That might be a better indicator.

This is very true. I have found that keeping a relatively good (note: "good" is a very relative term here) fat intake, keeps your test levels pretty high.
I have (diet wise) personally found that all it comes down to is calories in vs. calories out. This is over-simplifying it ofcourse but at the end of the day you must keep this in mind along with "quality over quantity".
Plus: testosterone levels wave. They're not always the same day in and day out. Just like how women have a menstrual cycle we men have a much much much smaller waving of our test levels. Thank god they aren't so extreme LOL...
