Angry HELP ME!!!! lower BMI

hey all, im quite new to this but im stuck, ive always been into lifting weights but its never really been a life style. i put alot of weight on a few years ago (14stonne.6) but have since droped to 12stonne 6 ive tryed doing a BMI by hight and weight and its says BMI 24 (healthy) ive been trying really really hard to get my weight down as id like to be around BMI 10- 15.

I eat about 1900calls a day and usualy do about 40 - 60mins cardeo aday then work on different muscle groups throughout the week, i also do climbing sessions of 2hours twise a week and have started taking LA muscle fat stripers before meals plus low gi protein shakes. but no matter how hard i try i just cant seem to budge from 12stonne 6lbs has any body got any usefull suggestions to get my bmi lower?

All advice welcomed

ive just noticed

ive just noticed ive got a little bit more definition, but ive still not lost weight, should i just keep up what im doing?

oh right lol sorry, well how do i figure out my BF im really struggling, sorry if ive offended any one (i thought it was weight my BMI telling me i w as over weight LOL)

hey its me, thanx man, well i was trying to get my bmi down to 10 to be more lean, BUT as that nice lad said i need to messure BF soo what sorta bf would i need to get down to to be riped? and where can i get this tool to messure bf

Well, yes... the BMI might say you are overweight... and you might be...

BUT....

There is a BIG difference being overWEIGHT and overFAT... and you obviously are NOT overFAT...

While I am not partial to the caliper method it is possible to get a fairly good guesstimate of BF% with enough test-point measurements... or so I'm told.
(I have a scale that uses the bio-impedance... and have it tested by Bodpod every-other month or so...)
There are inexpensive calipers available... just a matter of finding the source!
