    Is tuna a good source of protien

    in the can the main things in my diet starting now will be oatmeal baked photatos and tuna peanut butter and different kinds of beans.

    yes.. same with canned chicken chopped breast has more protein then tuna. 15 g per 1/3 can.. 70 cals per 1/3 , eat the whole can, tahts 45 g of protein, and only 210 cals.

    no way more than 17... and for every day... i do a gram per pound of bodyweight but i hear 1.2 is best... almost impossible to get that much in college cafeterias but i try...

    i use to eat a large can of bumblebee and it was 60 grams of protein per can... so whoever said its not is retarded... especially the person who said less than 17 grams a can... go read a label sometime braahhhh

    Tuna is a great source-I eat around 6-8 cans per day.Normal can has 13g per serving with 2.5 servings per one can which is 32.5 grams per can(wal-mart cans only have 22 per can)
