Help Me Out! Experienced Bodybuilders!

Okay so lately I have been trying to put together a diet to LOSE WEIGHT and of course conserve muscle because everyone knows that nobody else will do it for you.


The trouble I have been having, is figuring out how many:


*Calories, Carbs, and Fat I should be consuming daily?

*Also how many Calories, Carbs, Fat, and Protein Should I Be Consuming Each Meal?

I already know I should be consuming at least 1.5 to 2 G. of protein Per Pound daily.


My STATS:

Weight:202
Height: 5'9
Bodyfat: 18 to 19%

Other Details:
Lifting: About 4 years, 2 Years seriously without a serious diet.
Lift: 5 days a Week, Mon,Tues,Thur,Fri,Sat

Current Supplements:
Animal Pak
Animal Flex
Animal Omega
Animal Pump
ON 100% Whey
ON 100% Casein


This is what I Came up with for a diet so far. Please Let Me Know Changes I Should Make, Keep in Mind I Am Allergic to Fish,tuna, and Cottage Cheese. I could eat chicken and steak for the rest of my life though! I am a college student but WILL FIND some way to get six meals in everyday! I have Been following this diet as closely As Possible but haven't really officially started it consistantly, but will after valuable pieces of advice from you experienced beasts!

Meal 1.) 1/2 Cup Oatmeal in Water
2 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread
2 Scoops ON Whey
Animal Pak


{Note} This sometimes varies because I workout at different times of the day. Mostly Mornings


Post Workout.) 1 Scoop ON Whey Protein Shake (4 Carbs)
Whole Wheat Bagel (56 Carbs)

Meal 2.) Chicken Breast
1 Cup Brown Rice
5 Egg Whites

Meal 3.) Steak (Not sure What Kind? It's Hard to Find Flank) Other Options?
1 Oz. Jerky
Apple

Meal 4.) Chicken Breast
Protein Shake
1 Cup Broccoli

Meal 5.) Chicken Breast
Not Sure From Here On?

Meal 6.) Not Sure?

Before Bed.) Casein Protein Shake


Hopefully You Guys Can Help Me Out! It Would Be Very Much Appreciated! I'd Be One Step Further Down The Journey of Being A FREAK! Thanks A Lot Fellow Iron Eaters!
