Stuck, can't lose anymore weight?! Any suggestions?

Hi all,
I have been dieting (trying to change my eating habits for good) for about 3 months now. I lost 4 lbs. in the first month and a half and have since been stalled. I have been eating lower calories, I even tried eating more calories to change it, eating cleaner, only having like 1 cheat meal a week and nothing. I can't take another pound off!! Any suggestions?
I'm worried because I am having ankle surgery next week so won't be able to get exercise for a while and can't stand the idea of me gaining those 4 lbs back!! I only want to lose 5 more lbs. Help!

Hmm thats something to be concerned about. Suggesting exercise wouldn't help you. You have to cut back on eating. But too much of that won't be good either so once you are back to normal after surgery you start working out again..

You lowered calories, then you raised calories so it looks like you're didn't follow a solid plan by changing things up.

What do your calories look like now? Post your daily eating plan and we might be able to help if it's a little off balance. Or you might be just fine and you just need more time...the leaner you get the harder it is.

Lower your carbs a little during recovery since you wont be doing to much things that require energy you wont need as many carbs. Goodluck!
