I am a mix between endo and exto and im wondering what kind of exercises i should do and what kinds of routines i should do for my body type. I workout 6 times a week and i do cardio. I try to lift heavy every day but if im sore i try to do lighter with super setting things. reps between 6-10. i try to do a few force reps like 1 or 2 with a spotter sometimes. I work hard and im happy to take any advice i can. most of my bodyfat seems to sit at my stomach and love handles so if there is any training advice or dietary advice i could recieve id love to hear it. im a rule body type. Straight down straight up.
