Okay, so I think I need to cut, then clean bulk without gaining much fat, but most others tell me I should just bulk first then cut. So now I come here to ask...which one
NOTE: All summer I was running and mildly working out. I think I lost about 28 pounds, and gained some muscle due to newbie gains.
