help please.....
Well I am fairly new to BodySpace and since joined, I have surfed the site and have read inspirational acheivements by you all. It either be losing weight, or gaining mass every single one has inspired me to start my first blog. Well here I go?? I have always been slim my entire life and the past year have hit the weights off and on. Since Feb, have been serious about gaining muscle. I have been lifting hardcore since then, with a few bumbs here and there that have kept me out for weeks. I am getting married Dec. 20th 2008 and want to look my best. I currently weight 143lbs. I am 25 years of age, 5′8. Don?t know my body fat but just by looking at my weight, we get the ideal. I am taking TrueMass three times a day along with all the 3 meals and smaller meals inbetween. My diet is healthy, I do not eat greasy things such as french fries or food from fast food restaurants. I also consume a preworkout supplement which is NanoVapor at time, because it was for free (free is great). As far as my workouts, I workout about four times a week hitting all the muscle groups.
Monday-chest and tri?s
Tues-back and biceps
Weds-legs
Thurs-shoulders and forearms
Fri-back to Chest and Tri?s
Sat and Sunday, off
Then on Monday I restart the same routine. I try to shock my muscles by switching my workouts. I am a lil naive, I dont know how much mass I can gain in 3 months. I will highly appreciate any advise, motivation, or critique that will help me achieve my goal. I appreciate you guys. ( I do apologize for the lack of grammer).
