Hi guys I'm new to this forum and to bodybuilding and I wanted to know if this diet plan is ok (bulking)

    btw I am 16 and 153 lb's (as I said, I'm new to this)

    Meal 1.
    4 wheatabix + 3 teaspoons of sugar + milk
    750 ml of milk
One plate of baked beans + bacon

    Meal 2
    Maximuscle progain
    (450 cals + 32 g of protein) ***

    Meal 3
2 50g tins of tuna + bowl of pasta
    Veggies
    Fruit

    Meal 4
Oats + mixed nuts + milk
    750 mil of milk
    Friut

    Meal 5
    Cottage cheese + rice
    Veggies
    fruit

*** I would have proper food but don't have enough time.

PWO shake = 1.5 scoops of whey in milk + gatorade powder (the time I work out varies from day to day)

    Thanks for any help/constructive criticism.

Hard to say without you breaking out the calories and macro ratios.

Use an online calorie counting tool to find this out. At 153lbs, you should try to eat 3000 calories a day to begin with (40% carbs, 40% protein, 20% fat), then up that to 3500 if you start to plateau.

Measure your foods with a scale and try to figure out how much you're eating
