im looking to gain some size. ive been reading about Gaspari Nutrition 4most Anabolic Arsenal and was wondering what you guys thought about this stack?

How old are you? If you are under 21 just run it without the Novedex. Its an awesome stack and youll get great results assuming your diet and training are up to par.

LOL...trust me...most of the judges have no idea who is signed with who, nor would they care.
Ronnie won the Olympia in 98 when he was with Met-Rx...not Weider.

well i eat 5 times a day with alot of veggies and i try n force myself to eat as much protein as i can.
i am currently running a bottle of trenaplex.

To be honest, I would strongly recommend getting your diet and training dialed in more precisely before looking to add more supplements to your program.
If you want some help with your diet and/or training program, post up your current info (with as much detail as possible) and myself and others can help you get that tuned up for maximum effectiveness (which should give you some decent progress on it's own) and then we can look at supplements.

actually if you could help me with my workout routine that would be great...
i lift 6 times a week. as much weight that i can do in a controlled motion for 6 reps. rest on sat.

Can you list the exercises you do each day, the number of sets and reps for each (are all of them 6 rep sets?) and the rest periods between sets?
Also, please post up a typical day diet with portion sizes in as much detail as possible.

WOW, talk about too much. workout 4x a week, more doesnt mean more gains. The days you are off is when you make the gains as you are recovering.

am i really lifting to much? could u guys give me a four day workout u guys like/ that works. and im sorry i cant give u a good look at what i eat for food. i am a college student so eat w.e. they cook in the dc that night. i try to stay away from sugars and fatty foods. but thats the best i can do.
