    Phase 2 Carb Blocker Question

Here is a study that shows some potential for this carb-blocker that is a refinement of the ones that are commonly known not to work.

    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/q...645&query_hl=5

I've found this for a really good price at vitacost and I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts. My goal isn't like the study, where I would take it everyday. I'm on a low carb diet, less than 100 grams a day, so I watch myself very carefully most of the time. I just wanted to take this before a cheat meal maybe once a week at most. Other plaecs have said it can block 60% of the complex carb absorption (I want to use this when I binge on sushi). If that's the case, that is a enormous amount of carbs I can block on my cheat day!

    Thanks for any suggestions,

BSN Cheaters relief supposedly helps with this (i.e. fat/carb blocking)... a lot of people have described it as an overpriced laxative though
